Those who Play to Raid and those who Raid to Play.

Examples:

1) Selflessly spending mass quantities of time making and imbuing rez urns while not getting much tome xp or charm money -- Playing to Raid. (Looting a belt he was HIGH priority on due to miscommunication suddenly seems forgivable -- because he's a team player.)
